The Rwanda Defence Drive (RDF) Military Chief of Employees, Maj Gen Vincent Nyakarundi, held a bilateral assembly along with his French counterpart, Gen Pierre Schill, Chief of Employees of the French Military, on Wednesday, June 17, the place they mentioned cooperation between the 2 armies.
